The world can be saved from political chaos and collapse by one thing, and that is worship.

Every Friday night, club-goers throng the rooftop of Lot 10 Shopping Centre, located right in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, for hours of uninhibited, unadulterated fun.

But on a particular Friday night in November, hundreds were seen, for the first time, gathering at the rooftop of the mall, not to club but to worship.

Worship Central held a worship gathering on 14 November 2014 at the Alpha Asia Pacific Hub, filling the hall — and the rooftop — with exuberant and impassioned singing and dancing. Worshippers came and left, overwhelmed with joy, peace and a renewed sense of Jesus’s love for them.

Luke Hellebronth, Worship Leader and Global Adviser at Worship Central, said: “We believe that worship is the total alignment of our heart, soul, mind and strength with the will of God. It is our wholehearted response to God’s extravagant love and mercy.

“Archbishop William Temple said, ‘The world can be saved from political chaos and collapse by one thing, and that is worship.’ We are living to see the worship of Jesus made central in society.”
